
By booking with Pure Auto Care, you agree to the following terms:
Deposits
A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are refundable if the customer cancels within 72 hours. Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is canceled by the customer past the 72-hour point, rescheduled without proper notice, or if the vehicle condition is misrepresented. If we cancel for any reason, your deposit will be fully refunded.
Accurate Vehicle Condition Required
Customers must accurately describe their vehicle’s condition at the time of booking. This includes, but is not limited to, heavy staining, pet hair, excessive dirt, bodily fluids (vomit, urine, etc.), mold, or biohazards. Failure to disclose these conditions may result in additional charges or cancellation of service upon arrival.
Pricing Adjustments
All prices are starting prices and subject to adjustment based on the actual condition of the vehicle. If additional services are required beyond what was booked, pricing will be discussed and approved before work continues.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if the vehicle condition was misrepresented, unsafe to work on, or requires services outside the scope of the original booking.
Late Arrivals / No-Shows
If the customer is unavailable at the scheduled time or more than 15 minutes late without notice, the appointment may be canceled and the deposit forfeited.
Age Requirement
By using our website, booking services, or opting in to receive SMS communications from Pure Auto Care, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Our services and messaging programs are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.
SMS Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number and opting in through our website, booking forms, or other communication channels, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Pure Auto Care. These messages may include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, service updates, promotions, and customer support communications.
You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, you may sign up again through our booking or opt-in forms.
If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply HELP for assistance or contact us directly.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
