Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Cancel within 24 hours = deposit forfeited.
• Reschedule 24 hours in advance = deposit applied to new date.

Late Arrival Policy
• 30-minute grace period, then appointment may be marked as no-show.
• No-shows may be charged up to 50% of service total.

Liability
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear revealed during cleaning.
• Driveway staining may occur from certain detailing chemicals.
• Photos may be taken for documentation.

Satisfaction Guarantee
• Contact us within 24 hours if anything isn’t right — we’ll inspect or touch up as needed.

Media Use
• Before/after photos may be used for marketing unless you request otherwise.

Privacy
• Customer info is used only for booking and service communication.
• We never sell or share personal data.
