Booking Terms & Conditions
By booking any service with Pure Auto Care, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Deposits
A deposit is required to secure your appointment.

Deposits are refundable if the customer cancels at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable if:

The appointment is canceled by the customer within 72 hours of the scheduled time

The appointment is rescheduled without proper notice

The vehicle’s condition is misrepresented at the time of booking

If Pure Auto Care cancels the appointment for any reason, the deposit will be fully refunded.
2. Accurate Vehicle Condition Disclosure
Customers are required to accurately disclose the condition of their vehicle at the time of booking. This includes, but is not limited to:

Heavy staining
-
Excessive pet hair
-
Extreme dirt or neglect
-
Bodily fluids (vomit, urine, blood, etc.)

Mold or biohazards
Failure to disclose these conditions may result in additional charges, service delays, or cancellation upon arrival.
3. Pricing Adjustments
All listed prices are starting prices and subject to adjustment based on the actual condition of the vehicle.

If additional services are required beyond the original booking, pricing will be discussed with the customer.

No additional work will proceed without customer approval of the revised price.
4. Right to Refuse or Stop Service
Pure Auto Care reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

The vehicle condition was misrepresented

The vehicle is unsafe or hazardous to work on

The required services exceed the scope of the original booking
In such cases, the deposit may be forfeited.
5. Late Arrivals & No-Shows

If the customer is unavailable at the scheduled appointment time or more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the appointment may be canceled.

In the event of a no-show or late arrival without notice, the deposit will be forfeited.
